SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION:Shop with confidence--We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please let us know. Prices do not include freight charges from our studio in central Mexico. Freight and border crossing charges start at $28 for up to 12 lbs. (ABOUT 10 TILES) so please keep that in mind when ordering less than that amount. If you order more than 10 tiles, shipping rates increase by weight. If you wish to order just 1 tile as a sample of our work, please keep in mind that the shipping cost is $20 and it will arrive in 3 to 4 days. Normal shipping time is about 2 weeks. If you wish to pay by credit card, just click on the PayPal logo on the page of the tile you would like to purchase. (If you do not already have a PayPal account, simply follow the quick, easy instructions.) PayPal is a widely used secure payment system that guarantees the safety of your credit card information. If you prefer, you can pay by check or money order sent to the address at the bottom of the page. In this case it's a good idea to email us first (anima@mcn.org) and ask us to hold the tiles you want. We will hold your order for one week pending receipt of payment. Be sure and include your shipping address (not a Post Office Box). Upon receipt of your payment, we will pack and weigh your order and email you with the shipping costs, which can also be paid via PayPal. We do not charge packing or handling fees, only the actual cost of shipping your order. We ship to the border via contract carrier and then transfer to FedEx. Your order will be sent immediately upon receipt of your shipping charges. |
